In partnership with the Uganda Law Society, this training will equip the participants with knowledge on key areas in the employment act, the evolving requirements of the labour laws of Uganda, recent judgments made by the industrial court as well as a critical understanding and application of labour relation matters for the Human Resource (HR) Management arena.
We shall also enhance participants'understanding and application of HR governance, challenges and prospects.
Participants shall also be updated on the status of the HR Bill, which aims at institutionalizing the HR function.
We expect hundreds of Human Resource Professionals from the Private, Public and NGO Sectors to be in attendance, as well as SME and members of the academia.
