Event DetailsEvent Details

The Human Resource Managers' Association of Uganda in partnership with Mercer would like to expose leaders to the various methods required to create a right fit between job and employee, to assess the performance of an employee, to determine the worth of a particular task and to analyze training and development needs of an employee delivering that specific job.

To help guide organisations, Mercer launched a global Job Evaluation study in early 2015 to gauge attitudes towards, and benefits and return on investment derived from implementing job evaluation. These findings enabled them to understand the frameworks needed to support entrepreneurs , leaders and HR professionals looking to grow their internal talent while at the same time bringing clarity, consistency, and control to their organisations to enable effective attraction, development and retention of critical talent.

Emerging trends are re-shaping the way we think about the workforce, its contribution to organization performance and the way in which organizations evaluate and value jobs internally and against the competitive external market. The need for increased agility has never been more critical.

A consistent job analysis and job evaluation methodology can help you achieve optimal internal performance and external competitiveness to compete in an evolving talent environment.
